    Yes, you can get the admission with 60% in class 12th.

    To be eligible for the Company Secretary (CS) foundation course in ICSI, you must:

    • Pass the 10 + 2 entrance exams
    • Pass the 12th exams from a recognised educational institute with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

    To register with the ICSI, there is no minimum percentage needed. Consequently even with a 60% class 12 score, you can still register with the ICSI and submit an application for the foundation programme. 

  • Yes, you can get in to ICSI Delhi if your class 12 grade is 60%. The requirements for eligibility to the ICSI Foundation Program is to have completed the 10+2 programme in an accredited school, earning at least 50% of the possible points.
