Can I get admission to IIT Roorkee without JEE?
I completed my 12th with 79.45%. I have a 62.7 percentile and an OBC rank of 208877 in JEE Mains.

HSEE provides an alternative route to enter IITs without needing to take JEE, specifically for Humanities and Social Sciences fields. The exam tests verbal ability, quantitative ability, reading comprehension, general awareness and analytical skills.
You can get into IIT without taking the JEE exam by appearing in the CAT exam. It is a national-level entrance exam, a computer-based entrance exam conducted by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) for admission into postgraduate management courses i.e. MBA.
