No, to ensure a seat in the coveted Jamia Millia Islamia, candidates are supposed to score equal to or more than the prescribed cut off marks. If you fail to do so, you will not get admission to the Jamia Millia Islamia if your rank is below the cutoff. The cutoff is the minimum qualifying mark that candidates must secure to be eligible for admission. If your rank is below the cutoff, you will not be considered for admission.
