Yes, you can apply for admission to the B.Tech in Computer Science at Lovely Professional University (LPU) based on your 12th marks. LPU primarily considers your 12th-grade marks (especially in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) and conducts an entrance exam called LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test) for admission to the B.Tech program.

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you can apply directly for the program. You may also be eligible for a scholarship based on your 12th marks or entrance exam performance.

Yes, it should not be hard for you to get admission to the University of Western Australia as an Indian student with 50% in class 12th. However, please note that it does not put you in the top applicants either. The general admission percentage requirement for international students is 50 to 65%.

Look at the other admission requirements -

  • High school Diploma from a recognised board like CBSE or ICSE etc.
  • Some course-specific subjects for Engineering programs
