Can I get admission to MS or MBA in Germany? If I got 6.9 CGPA in engineering.

I know a bad CGPA of 2.44/4 with a passing CGPA criteria can get you admission in Masters in electrical engineering in TU which is equivalent to 3.34 in German scale (sufficient) so do not lose hope. You have education and don't underestimate yourself.
