Can I get admission to Mumbai University for B.Tech course through JEE Mains? Can I get any government college in Mumbai?

I am from another state.

    Yes, you can get admission in Mumbai university for B.Tech course through JEE Mains. 

    But you can get admission in government college if you score more than 90%. 

    The cut off is always high.
