Can I get admission to NITs with a CRL rank of 139000 in JEE Mains?

A JEE Main CRL rank of 139,000 makes it exceptionally difficult to gain admission to any of the NIT. A student needs to achieve rank  between the top 10,000 to 70,000 to secure admission at NITs based on their engineering branch selection. 

The ranks required to secure admission at NIT Rourkela in 20
