Can I get admission to NLU Nagpur with a CLAT rank of 14305, and what is the counseling process?

  • The last round cutoff for courses at NLU Nagpur in 2024 (general all India) was as follows:

    1. BA LLB (Hons.): 1587

    2. LLM in corporate and commercial law: 1808

    3. BBA LLB (Hons.): 1685

    So as you can see, the cutoffs of the previous years were higher than your score. Your chances of getting admission are almost zero, as the difference is very huge. If you belong to any reserved category, then also you may not get the admission. You are advised to reappear for the entrance exam and score a good rank to get admission easily.

Yes, the cnsortium of NLUs has released the CLAT admit card online.  The candidates registered for the exam are issued the hall ticket online. The CLAT 2026 Exam is scheduled to be held on December 07, 2025.

While it is not impossible, it is a really challenging task. To score well, you must start preparing for CLAT at least six months before. It is very important to score well if you are looking forward to getting into good NLU. For top 10 NLU, you at least need to score between 100 to 105 as per past trends.

Candidates who are preparing for the exam must note that there are no changes made in the syllabus so far.  Candidates can check the syllabus by visiting the official website. You can only download the PDF from website.
