Can I get admission to Oriental University for B.Tech with 60% in Class 12th?

No, it is a not possible to get admission in B.tech with class 12th marks. You have to must give Jee main and Jee advance. If you want to get oriental university then you must score more than 75% in JEE main. Without JEE Mains you cannot get oriental university for graduation.
