Hi. No. you can't get direct admission to Osmania Medical College MBBS course without NEET. The College only accepts admission strictly through NEET-UG score ranking and no separate admission test for taking admission.
Admission in MBBS programs is granted based on marks scored in the NEET UG exam which is held by NTA.
