Admission to PES College of Engineering B.E. / B.Tech course is based on the entrace exam either MHT CET or JEE Main.

Candidates must have passed the 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subject with a minimum of 45% marks

If your score is good in the JEE Main the you can apply for the admission to  PES College of Engineering B.E. / B.Tech course without KCET

Yes, admission to PES College of Engineering's B.E./B.Tech programs is possible without taking the KCET examHowever, you'll need to qualify through other entrance exams like JEE Main or PESSAT, or potentially through the management quota.
