Siliguri Institute of Technology West Bengal is Done mostly admission through WBJEE.

But Siliguri Institute of Technology accept admission through JEE Mains rank in B.E./ B.Tech course

Siliguri Institute of Technology has good in management of admission process so that's why Siliguri Institute of Technology provide option of Direct admission.

But this is starts from this year so you firstly check the college policy before taking admission in the Siliguri Institute of Technology West Bengal

But from this year, SIT will admit to the B.E. / B.Tech course without WBJEE. This all depends on admission routes available in a particular year. While WBJEE is the principal entrance exam meant for getting admission, candidates can also seek entry through JEE Main scores. If you have a valid rank in JEE Main, you can seek admission based on the counseling process of the college. Also, for candidates seeking management quota seats, the admission can be considered without WBJEE, strictly based on the eligible criteria set by the institute. Check with the college on procedures that may have undergone a change.

     Hi,

Admission to BTech course is based on WBJEE/ JEE Main score followed by a WBJEE Counselling. Aspirants first need to apply for BTech on the official website. Candidates who have qualified WBJEE/ JEE Main can provide their score for the selection process. Candidates who have completed Class 12 in relevant subjects with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserved category) are eligible to apply for the BTech course.

    Thanks
