Yes you can get admission to the CSE branch at NIT with the rank of 42000 in JEE and your status as female candidate from the AC category it is possible to get admission to the CSE branch at most colleges.
Securing a CSC adopt NIT may be challenging for you may have better chance in NIT that are slightly lower ranker or in less popular branches but it still possible to get an admission offer .
