    This is an average score. Hence, it is difficult to get admission among the top colleges of your state. You can apply in some private college. Their criteria and eligibility is generally a bit lenient.
    Also, if you apply in sort some of a quota that might help you. For example, you can apply for sports quota, if you are a national or state level athlete.

    Honestly, 46.3% is an average score, so you will have to personally visit different desired colleges to know about the eligibility criteria and admission process. Different colleges have different requirements so it is unpredictable whether your percentile is sufficient or no.
