For taking admission in B.Arch, you need to appear for the entrance exam and score good marks in the same. Your admission will be considered with respect to your score in the entrance exam and not only your class 12th marks.

    Dear,
For admission in B.Arch, there are two channels. Either, you have to clear JEE (2) exclusive for B.Arch admission for NITs/IITs or state JEE or you are to clear NATA National aptitude test in Architecture) with valid score. If you clear state joint entrance exam, you may have to get valid NATA score also as per their admission policy. Admission for B.Arch in India without entrance exam. Is not possible.
    Best wishes.
