Sorry, you have to appear for atleast one entrance test to be eligible for admission process.
You can attempt CAT/CET/CMAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA/GMAT -

No, you will not get a seat without any entrance exam in SIMSREE. You can get a seat only in SYDENHM SIMSREE, which is a reputed B-School. You need to give any one of the entrance exam of national level aptitude test, like CAT,MAT,XAT,CMAT,ATMA,MH-CET. -
