No, admission to BTech is not possible without clearing JEE Advanced exam at IIT Gandhinagar. So those candidates who are aspiring to get admission at IIT Gandhinagar for Engineering courses must prepare well in advance as the competition is high and seats are limited. So apply early as admissions are currently open for admission to various courses.

No, it is not at all possible. This is a government college and not any private college. Hence, you can't take admission. Better will be to give JEE Advanced next year well.
