    Yes, there are many entrance exams other than GATE exam that help in admission to M.Tech courses. These include VITMEE IPU CET IIT Delhi M.Tech Entrance Exam, etc.

    Yes, you get admission in M.Tech without GATE and PGCET Exam because several universities that offer M.Tech without GATE and PGCET. Here you don't mention which course you get admission so I'm take it you are asking about M Tech. And if you want to admission in any course it doesn't require for private colleges GATE and PGCET Exam. Here, List of Colleges Offering Direct Admissions in M.Tech without GATE and PGCET -
