    No, the entrance test has to be given, it's part of the admission procedure.

    Hii Shiv, Since you have not describe the college in which you want to take admission in MCA course without entrance exam. There are many universities or colleges which give admission without entrance exam on the basis of merit. Different colleges/universities have different criteria.
