You need to secure 6 marks in IELTS in order to get a student visa (Ljubljana University, Slovenia). Slovenia is an English speaking country. So, English is mandatory. -
It will depend on the university and also it is compulsory for an international student to prove English language proficiency. You should check with the universities directly, there could be bridge courses.
