Can I get admissions in government college?
I have got 92% marks in 12th class and my JEE mains score is 118. I belong to general category.

In which branch you want to take admssion? I think it is difficult to get into IIT's and NIT's at this marks. But you have good scope to get scholarship based upon your marks in some top private universities as lovely professional university, SRM, osmania university. Check there website for details.

You have very good chance of getting Government college but which branch, it is difficult to say now. You must give JEE-advanced as your marks are above cut off level. That will improve your chances of getting government college.
