Can I get admitted offline in REC Pratapgarh for B.Tech lateral entry in civil engineering branch through CUET?

My All India rank in CUET is 1988. I have completed Diploma in civil engineering from IERT Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. I have taken admission in a private college but now I want to change and want to take admission in REC Pratapgarh.

However if you have done diploma in the Civil engineering from a prestigious university as you are stating , you can seek for a lateral entry in Btech course through CUET only with good scores.
