Can I get admitted offline in REC Pratapgarh for B.Tech lateral entry in civil engineering branch through CUET?

My All India rank in CUET is 1988. I have completed Diploma in civil engineering from IERT Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. I have taken admission in a private college but now I want to change and want to take admission in REC Pratapgarh.

REC pratapgarh accepts JEE scores for B.tech course admission. However if you have done diploma in the Civil engineering from a prestigious university as you are stating , you can seek for a lateral entry in Btech course through CUET only with good scores.
