Can I get aeronautical engineering with 100 marks?

The cut off for aeronautical engineering should be around 11500. Though this was for one of the previous years, it should be taken only as indicative. Actual ranking is a dynamic process depending on marks scored by other students. -
It is hard to say as which branch you will get, but never the less, you should go for counselling.

You may be able to get aeronautical engineering with 100 marks but it'll be difficult to get it in the first round of the counselling itself. You should although go for multiple rounds of counselling and give your name for waitlist since there's a chance of getting it through internal sliding. If none of that works then you'll definitely get it through branch change later.
