Yes, you can get AIIMS Gorakhpur MBBS with 600 score in NEET. 

Minimum marks in NEET depends on your category: 

As for the last year's cutoff - 

For SC and ST, you need 40 percentile cutoff ( 136-107 marks) in 2023 examination.
