NEET UG cutoff 2024 was released up to six rounds. As per the AIIMS Nagpur NEET UG cutoff 2024, the last round, the closing rank for admission to MBBS was 953 for the General AI category students. The cutoff for the same course was 1264 in 2023, while in 2022, the cutoff closed at 1190. So, analysing the cutoff trends over three years, MBBS witnessed a fluctutation in its last-round closing ranks.

The Score for securing a seat in AIIMS is usually quite high and students can not get a seat in AIIMS at a score of 300. Students usually get a seat at a score of 700 out of 720 for the general category while SC/ST category students can get their seats at a score of 600-620. The Closing rank for the general category is 1816. So, It is quite impossible to say that on the score of 300.
