Can I get an admission call for SAP (MM) if I have 2 years of work experience?

You have high probability of getting interview call with your profile. Two years experience in SAP MM is sufficent experience to look for better opportunities.

As ERP head of a Multinational I have personally hired SAP, Oracle and JD Edwards consultant with less then two years experience to maintain my cost structure of delivery.
