Can I get an admission in the third year directly as I am currently pursuing second year in B.A. In journalism and mass communication.

I am pursuing B.A. In journalism and mass communication I am currently in my second year and also a working student I wanted to enquire if there is any possibility to get an admission into a college with the same course in the third year as I am facing difficulties in my current college.
