Can I get an education loan for a course in animation and VFX? I can't afford this course.

    If you take up course from NID, IIT-IDC, Satyajeet Ray Institute, Tata Institute- School of Vocational Education (TISS-SVE) or any other Government supported/owned Vocational course then you could surely get Educational loan from any Nationalised Bank. All other autonomous Skill based courses are Certificate based & only HDFC, Axis etc provide loan on them, which is more like a Personal Loan.

    Yes, you can go for education loan. Colleges these days have tie up with varied banks.
    Most banks could offer loans up to 1.5 lakh for students learning vocational programs like animation. Generally, nationalized and private banks give loans on education without mortgage. You may check with institute of study for their alliance.
