Yes. ICICI Bank and Axis Bank offer a pre-admission sanction letter, which is a conditional approval issued before you have a confirmed offer. SBI's Global Ed-Vantage scheme allows sanction before your I-20 or visa. The final loan is still released only after you submit your admission letter and oth
