Can I get an education loan to pursue B.Tech from a government or reputed engineering college?

I have secured 17,000 rank in JEE Mains. I belong to a poor family.

Hey, there are many colleges which has very low fees. HNBGU in Uttarakhand and NEHU in Shilong have fee around 10k per semester. You can also take loan after joining the college. ITGGV also has very low fee .All these colleges are central universities. In fact you can get loan in any college just Pa
