Can I get an MCA seat in VTU Belgaum as I have not attempted pgcet exam yet and I am a B.Sc CS student and have scored 65%?

    No, you can not get a seat at VTU Belgaum for MCA if you have not attempted PGCET exam. Since, the admission to MCA at VTU Belgaum is solely made on the basis of PGCET exam, hence you are no eligible to get enrolled for MCA this time as you didn't appear for it.
