Can I get an NFTE? Can I get another graduation degree instead of B.Tech?
I am a mechanical engineering student from the batch 2011-2015. I am from Kurukshetra. I am not able to crack my backlogs.

Yes, if you are continuously getting backs, then you will get NFT, which means you are not eligible for any technical degree.
