Can i get Anna university or MIT with my GATE 2015 score of 298 (ece) in TANCET counselling?

I have qualified GATE 2015 with a score of 298 in ece paper. I belong to sc category . can i get Anna university or MIT in Tancet counselling on applying through the GATE A option given by anna university in Tancet 2015 application ?
