Yes, according to your SC category, you can get into AKTU college with CSE branch on this rank you got.

AKTU used to give admission on the basis of UPCET score earlier but now it gives admissions on the basis of JEE Main score. I reckon that at this rank, you'll probably get ECE or mechanical in colleges like KIET, ABES, Galgotia or GL Bajaj. I'm attaching a link here where you can check out the lates
