Can I get any benefit of low-income certificate at the time of admission in colleges? I don't have EWS certificate & EWS rank is 22000.

You need to have EWS certificate for getting the benefits of EWS. Income below 4.5 Lacs may give you scholarship but that depends on college scholarships rules.
