Can I get any branch in NIT, Rourkela with 27000 rank in JEE Mains?

    Yes, you will get it but in 3-5 round of counselling.

    NIT Rourkela is one of the topmost NIT's and it shortlists students on very high rankings. So, 24000 might not be enough to get a desired stream but you can try for other colleges of good like NIT Srinagar, or IIIT's. Start with first round of counseling itself. Don't wait, you might lose the chance.

    It depends. If you are from Odisha then yes and if not then it might be difficult.
