Can I get any branch in NSUT/DTU/IIITD with 44k CRL rank, 5600 EWS rank, defence quota (P-6) in JEE Mains 2019? Outside Delhi General.

Also any chances HBTU, what can I get in USICT, IPU and what documents are needed? Experts and experienced ones kindly answer.
