Can I get any college in Canada with an overall score of 6 in IELTS? I have completed my mechanical engineering.
My profile: IELTS-6 (no module less than 5.5), B.Tech-60%, 12th-75% and 10th-62%.

No, a few require 6.5 but you should be able to get through as most of the colleges ask for 6 band.
