Can I get any college through JEE Mains 2017 counselling? I have got 66 marks in JEE Mains and 65% in 12th and I belong to OBC category.

No, you cannot get admission into any of the colleges through JEE counselling because you need to have at least 75% in your board exams (overall) and an aggregate in PCM should also be at least 75% and also, your score in JEE mains is also a little low to get admission in any NIT, IIIT or GFTI.

I'm not sure because your board exam score is low. You can search for some colleges near your location. Do B.Tech from a decent college then write GATE exam and do M.Tech in IITs and other top colleges.
