Can I get any decent college with 60k rank in COMEDK for CSE branch with good placements?

Yes, you can get CSE in colleges which comes under COMEDK. But truly saying, those colleges aren't preferred taking admission in.
The colleges you'll get with these marks will be below average. So it's not worth going for these colleges.
