Can I get any engineering college with 90 percentile in JEE and 97.75% in board exams?

You cannot get admission in any colleges with that percentile. You cannot get admission in any of the NITs or IITs with that percentile. I suggest you use college predictor tool to know in which colleges you are eligible to get admission:
