Can I get any free seat in any course in BIPC stream?

I got 31639 rank, 53 marks in TS EAMCET 2018, have an NCC reservation and belong to BCB category.

Actually, if you come under an unreserved category, you will not get a free seat in MBBS, BDS, and agriculture. But you can get a free seat in veterinary, pharmacy, ayurvedic, AYUSH, homeo and so on. You might have a chance if you have any reservation criteria, else give these branches a try. You h
