Can I get any good college for CSE with a rank of 15433 and a score of 259 in UPSEE?

Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University. LPU NEST will be exempted in case student has scored more than or equal to 90 percentile in JEE Mains or 90% aggregate marks in 10+2. So, qualifying the same you can directly proceed for Admissions.
