Can I get any good colleges with these marks? My JEE mark is 76, SRMJEE rank is 65120 and VITEEE rank is 88000.

As per your ranks in SRM and VIT, your chances are very low or nil to get admission in any of these colleges. You need to have a better rank. So that if you can, then try next time.
In JEE also, you cannot get any colleges. Join a better one with your board exam marks.
