Can I get any good government college in UP, RJ or Madhya Pradesh? I belong from Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.

My profile: JEE Mains rank- 189434 and scored 58 marks, UPSEE rank - 27477 (GL), and 8085 (BC). I have scored 12854 rank in IPUCET. Category - general (central) and OBC (home state). I passed 12th in 2017 with 63% and drop one year and through improvement, I got 71%.

You can't get any government college of UPSEE, you can take admission in good private colleges situated in Ghaziabad region.

You can easily get some good private colleges in Ghaziabad region only, but if you want a government college then I would suggest you take admission in a college located in Uttarakhand with this rank.

Yes, you can get a government college with UPSEE and I don't know think that you'll get any government college with your JEE Mains rank.
