Can I get any government college? I got 168744 rank in JEE Mains and I belong to OBC NCL category.

    It is not possible to get into a NIT/CFTI/IIIT. But some regional government engineering college might take you in if you hold some category quota supposedly.
    Try your luck or else you can drop a year to get a better rank in JEE next year. If not that, then you always have option to join a private institute.
