Can I get any government engineering college in India for B.tech in CSE .
I got 46 marks in jee main. And got 60% in class 12 from CBSE. And I'm from general category from Bihar.

ofcourse u can get. it totally depends on ur marks. how much u ll score. u have to study very hard for getting cse in govt college.
