Can I get any government engineering college in Kolkata for electrical engineering?
I passed class 12 in science with 75% marks in WBHSE.

Chhanda, you can get admission in a govt.college if you have given JEE exam or WBJEE exam and scored well in it.
If you have not given it, then route towards private universities which offer you admission on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th. Some of these also offer good schol
