Due to very high competition no one can guarantee u the even after doing B.Ed. u will get a government job.
To get a government job after B.Com u need to check out for government exams. select few of them rather concetrating on one. Plan Your studies accordingly. Don't be so panic. keep working hard.

It depends on which career you want to pursue. If teaching then B.Ed is must to teach in school if you want government job then age must be below 35 to get government job. post graduation for degree college along win net set.
